Shipping and Delivery Policy

At EyeOnKid, we primarily offer digital services. However, in cases where a physical product or hardware is involved (such as tracking devices or USB drives), this Shipping and Delivery Policy will apply.
1. Delivery of Digital Products
- All software services are delivered digitally via email or in-app download after successful payment.
- You will receive access instructions within 10 minutes to 1 hour after purchase.
- If you do not receive your license or access credentials, contact support@eyeonkid.com.
2. Shipping of Physical Devices
- We ship physical devices only to addresses within India at this time.
- Delivery usually takes between 5–10 working days depending on your location.
- All shipments are sent via reliable courier services with tracking information shared via SMS/email.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.
3. Shipping Charges
- Digital products: No shipping charge.
- Hardware orders above ₹1,000 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders below ₹1,000 will incur a flat ₹99 delivery fee unless stated otherwise.
4. Tracking & Delivery Status
You will receive a tracking number once your item has been dispatched. You can use this to track the status of your delivery online. If your delivery is delayed or missing, please contact us immediately.
5. Delivery Issues
- EyeOnKid is not responsible for delays caused by courier agencies, natural calamities, or customer unavailability.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be charged for re-shipping.
