Create an Account

Sign up for an EyeOnKid account on our website or through the mobile app. You'll need to provide a valid email address and create a secure password.

Your email will be used for account verification and important notifications.

Download the App

Download the EyeOnKid app from the Google Play Store or directly from our website. For enhanced monitoring features, we recommend downloading from our website.

The direct download version includes additional monitoring features not available in the Play Store version due to Google's policies.

Install and Configure

Install the app on the target device and follow the on-screen instructions to grant necessary permissions. You'll need physical access to the device for initial setup.

For complete monitoring functionality, you may need to disable battery optimization for the EyeOnKid app and enable it to run in the background.

Hide the App (Optional)

If you want the app to run in stealth mode, you can hide it from the app drawer. This is useful for monitoring without the user's knowledge.

To hide the app, open EyeOnKid, go to Settings > App Visibility > Hide App Icon, and follow the instructions.

iOS Installation Guide

Create an Account

Sign up for an EyeOnKid account on our website. You'll need to provide a valid email address and create a secure password.

Physical Access Required

For iOS devices, you'll need physical access to the device and the Apple ID credentials (email and password).

Due to iOS security restrictions, EyeOnKid for iOS has limited functionality compared to the Android version.

Enable iCloud Backup

EyeOnKid for iOS works by accessing iCloud backups. Ensure iCloud backup is enabled on the target device.

To enable iCloud backup: Settings > [Name] > iCloud > iCloud Backup > Turn on iCloud Backup

Enter Apple ID Credentials

Your Apple ID credentials are encrypted and securely stored. We never have access to your passwords.

Do I need to root or jailbreak the device?

No, EyeOnKid works without rooting or jailbreaking. However, some advanced features may require root access on Android devices. For iOS devices, we use iCloud backup data which doesn't require jailbreaking.

Will the person know they are being monitored?

EyeOnKid can operate in stealth mode on Android and Windows devices, making it invisible to the user. On iOS and macOS, due to system restrictions, some notifications may appear during the initial setup.

How many devices can I monitor with one account?

The number of devices you can monitor depends on your subscription plan. Basic plans allow monitoring of 1 device, while Premium and Enterprise plans allow 5 and unlimited devices respectively.

Is it legal to use EyeOnKid?

EyeOnKid is legal when used to monitor your own children under 18 or employees on company-owned devices with proper notification. It is illegal to monitor adults without their consent. Always check local laws before using monitoring software.

What happens if the monitored device is factory reset?

If the monitored device is factory reset, you will need to reinstall EyeOnKid. All previously collected data will remain in your dashboard, but new data will only be collected after reinstallation.
