At EyeOnKid, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which users can cancel their subscriptions and request refunds.

1. Cancellation of Subscription

• Users can cancel their active subscription at any time through the dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@eyeonkid.com.
• Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically initiate a refund unless it meets the criteria below.
• Auto-renewal can be turned off any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Full refunds are only applicable within 7 days of original purchase and if the service was not used or installed.
• If the software was used, installed, or activated (e.g., monitoring features deployed), the subscription is considered consumed and non-refundable.
• Refunds are not issued for renewal payments unless requested within 24 hours of renewal and the service remains unused.
• No partial refunds will be given for time remaining on a subscription after cancellation.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@eyeonkid.com with:

• Your account email and transaction ID
• Reason for the refund request
• Confirmation that the app has not been installed or used (if within 7-day period)

Refund requests are processed within 5–7 business days. Approval is at the sole discretion of EyeOnKid based on eligibility.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Subscription used for more than 7 days.
• App installed and data collected.
• Requests made after renewal beyond 24 hours.
• Purchased by mistake but service activated or downloaded.
• Violation of our Terms of Service.
