Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last Updated: June 11, 2025
At EyeOnKid, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which users can cancel their subscriptions and request refunds.
1. Cancellation of Subscription
- Users can cancel their active subscription at any time through the dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@eyeonkid.com.
- Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically initiate a refund unless it meets the criteria below.
- Auto-renewal can be turned off any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Full refunds are only applicable within 7 days of original purchase and if the service was not used or installed.
- If the software was used, installed, or activated (e.g., monitoring features deployed), the subscription is considered consumed and non-refundable.
- Refunds are not issued for renewal payments unless requested within 24 hours of renewal and the service remains unused.
- No partial refunds will be given for time remaining on a subscription after cancellation.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@eyeonkid.com with:
- Your account email and transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Confirmation that the app has not been installed or used (if within 7-day period)
Refund requests are processed within 5–7 business days. Approval is at the sole discretion of EyeOnKid based on eligibility.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Subscription used for more than 7 days.
- App installed and data collected.
- Requests made after renewal beyond 24 hours.
- Purchased by mistake but service activated or downloaded.
- Violation of our Terms of Service.
5. Contact and Dispute
If you are not satisfied with our decision regarding a refund, you may escalate the matter by contacting us directly at support@eyeonkid.com or by phone at +91 8534867764.
For legal disputes, our resolution policy will follow the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
